No Jail Bail

Show up, pay bail, stay out of jail.


It makes perfectly good sense to me. The only downside is they are going to do it for only one day. Maybe they just want to see if anyone shows up. I would think it would be effective. It has to be a lot more comfortable than going to jail then paying bail. Bail/no jail should sound sweet.

Sounds like desperation to me. "We can't find you. We don't know where you are. So please turn yourself in."

Could be desperation. But if it works then it should be repeated. I think it will be a cost saving effective strategy.

Might work. After all, 'Sneakers for guns' works, which I never thought would have been that successful. Steal a gun somewhere, turn it in, get a pair of sneakers. I don't know why they wouldn't have stolen the sneakers in the first place. What do I know?

I follow your logic, I certainly could not follow the logic of those who traded a gun for a pair of sneakers.
