Jeff you can't go there unless you go way back to the Ottomon empire and it's subsequent breakup and mention who did what where when and to whom all along that historical trail of time. To try to limit all the blame to Bush is fanciful idiocy. It started way before him. Obama is legitimate fare simply because his decisions and lack of them are what make a difference in the now of today.
And Jeff, just to clarify, there were indeed many violent Islamic groups present in Iraq when Clinton was bombing them as well as when Bush attacked them. Your lack of historical accuracy is clearly obvious.
