Wouldn't it be easier to just go back one page and answer the questions? One question you were asked is why you proposed penalizing the parents with a huge fine. You were asked what the parents did wrong. |

I don't pretend to know what kind of household/discipline you were brought up in but in the 70s/80s it was either a rolled up newspaper at home or large ruler in school if youngsters/teens stepped out of line..Today, those don't exist anymore. (child abuse,ya know) Its the parents responsibility for discipline/warnings of any child/teen/adult as long as they live in the parents home .IMO

You weren't raised in the 70's or 80's. If you are refering to the children you raised that begs the question why were you hitting them with a rolled up newspaper? As for the ruler, that was a catholic school thing, the very thing you have railed against before. So did you send your kids there or did you also hit them with a ruler because that is what was done to you in the 40's and 50's?
You claim parents should discipline ADULT children? Are you kidding me?
