Gun Buy Back Becomes Gun Show

Seattle held a Gun Buy Back event. People soon realized that any citizen could walk up and purchase a gun from those who were initially going to sell to the Buy Back event. Some even pulled to the side of the street, jumped out of the car and made a quick purchase.
