Maryland got it goin on. They had a bad storm come through and it resulted in some power outages. The homes that could not receive electricity because of the power outages are being penalized by the power company by way of extra charges. The power company says the law allows them to charge the customers for the loss of income to the power company because of the electricity not flowing to the customers.
