....of Port St. Johns gets the Medal of Honor today, along with other minority soldiers, from Obama. I would like to get my "Good Conduct" Medal upgraded, I believe why I was not given more recognition is because I'm a White Redneck. I'll settle for an "Outstanding Conduct" Medal with a V for Valor.  |

You don't think these soldiers should have received their medals? ......like to know more about what they did, and why it was denied in the first place, other than a speculation of it being prejudicial. Are they now handing out these medals by race? .....has the Medal of Honor been degraded to the Medal of Politics? |

It was about their conduct not about their race. There is plenty of documentation showing medals were denied because of race. |

I cant understand after all these years they give out MOH to guys that are mostly dead or very old.
And I dont believe that "only white guys get MOH."
