Ron Snare hit the nail on the head when he said, "None , absolutely `NO` CONSEQUENCES for the Crimes They Commit ... None !!!" Though by stating he works at the confederate states of America some might feel he is racist. And he could be, but still there are too many crimes for which the criminals know there will be no consequences so severe that it outweighs the benefits of doing the crime.
