He should have called the article, "Lets Build a Convention Center". That is actually the crux of his whole article. Of course his idea is to drain your bank account to build that center. It is like he is unaware that conventions are being held in this county regularly. But he wants a huge taxpayer funded one.
Randall makes some comments, basically pointing out, "been there done that". Randall also seems to think Needleman is the cat's meow and Ellis should take a hike. Perhaps I misunderstood him. It could be he was simply being sarcastic. Other comments he made seemed sarcastic so that point might also have been sarcasm.
I love the Good Ole Boy network at Florida Today. They never met a dollar in your pocket they did not want to give to the government.
