I do not why something happens therefore I do not believe there is a God because if there were a God it would not happen.
I cannot count the times I have heard variations of the above statement. Basically a person admits they lack specific knowledge, and because of a lack of that knowledge they deny the existence of God. Since when does ignorance prove there is no God?

Sometimes there's a difference between God's will and God's plan.

Sometimes there's a difference between God's will and God's plan. Yes there is. I don't know why I am continually surprised by the elevation of some of your comments.

Sometimes there's a difference between God's will and God's plan. I would like to read your explanation of the differences. I have been enjoying some thoughts on it and would like to read yours.

When Adam was first created he was happy to be alive and see the beautiful garden he had to live in. But he quickly became lonely. Adam spoke to god asking for a companion that he could share his life with. God required a few things from Adam first. God spoke unto Adam and said give me some of your hair, one of thy lungs, half of thy heart, a hand to hold and a leg to walk in my light. And with these thing I shall bestow upon you one of the most magnificent, beautiful, intelegent creatures I have ever created. Adam thought about this offer, and replied. What will you give me for a rib?
