2Co 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
Oh ... I guess that means "now" as in "right now". Sort of like when mama used to call out for us kids to, "come here", if she meant now, she would say, "I said come here and I mean now, right now". It left no room for doubt or misunderstanding. Now was now and now is now is now is now. .... is ... Right Now!. Sort of makes me think there is not much I could be allowed to offer in a way of an acceptable reason for delay. Cause any delay is sometime other than, "now". When mama had the ice cream dished out and was calling us to come, "Right Now", it was for a good reason which was to be something pleasant for us. To delay would have decreased the pleasantness of why she wanted us to come, "Right Now". I am thinking God got some good stuff too in the, "Right Now" Sort of hard to figure how Salvation can be anything other than, good stuff.
