I don't have any problem with his handling of the situation. He's right: it doesn't work the way she thinks it does. You are required to respond to the officer's instructions. She was belligerent right off the bat. Had she been more composed he may well have let her go with a warning.

There are thousands of drivers out there that do the exact same thing. Most cops have patience to deal with these types but when you say to any cop that stops you "go to hell and show that anger on your face...you're fuc%ed.
