The Florida Board of Education seems to feel that blacks are too stupid to succeed. To remedy their belief they have decided to lower test standards for blacks so that blacks will succeed.
Huh?
If you don't know how to measure distance you will be told you don't have to know how to measure distance, then receive a grade indicating you can measure distance. Why .. .. because you are black.
Back during Jim Crow they had separate but equal schools. One school for blacks the other for whites. What will they call this new system? "Inclusion but Unequal"?
