I waited all day yesterday for a load which was supposed to be delivered in the morning. I called them 4 times trying to find out when it was coming. They never did tell me it was not going to be delivered. They refuse to return phone calls even when they say they will.

My experience with them is woefully short of their supposed guarantee.

I googled the owner's home phone number and left a message for him, then went to his facebook page and left a message for him.

I'd be willing to bet your "load" was coming from one of the states affected by bad weather and that you somehow think your load was more special than the thousands of others that were delayed also.

You lost the bet. It is a local load. If the clear, dry, mild, Florida weather we were experiencing on Friday affects their ability to deliver they are indeed incompetent to the extreme.
