DHS is allowed by law to seize and search all your electronic devices.
The Rule reads that along the national border they are allowed to seize and search the deivices. The catch being that the border extends 100 miles inland from the actual border. This effectively covers the entire state of Florida.
This would mean that DHS is allowed to go anywhere in Florida to enforce their regulations.
Bush first made the regulation then Obama followed up with his own.
