It is supposed to start raining at 5:00 p.m. according to weather .com. I suppose that means once it stops raining it will start again at the appointed time regardless of how much it rains prior to that time.

it never did stop so it could start. Simply been rainin all day. gonna drop down into the 30's at night in a couple days.
