For medicinal use only is not solving the problem,California did this and now its out of control.
Regulations don't mean a damn thing is this country unless its enforced like handguns but we all know the story about handgun regulation/enforcement.

Absolutely true. Anyone can get it. Very easily. Make pot into a tax revenue instead of a tax consumer.
