80% graduating from High School in New York need to take remedial reading before they can begin college level classes.
If High School is no longer preparing kids for College or the workplace then what good is it? Besides teaching kids about dozens of different sexual preferences, teaching them that taxpayers owe them a living, that extremism only counts if it is against Christianity and it's core values and the validity of the Constitution, that all which was wrong 40 years ago is now right and that which was right is now wrong, what other function does it serve. Babysitter???
