The winners are receiving 3.8 million dollars from the feds to decrease that conflict.
I have a solution that I will sell the feds for $100,000. Not even a difficult solution. Pretty simple really. Just stay away from and leave the elephants and their environment alone. There ya go. The feds now owe me a hundred grand.
