Does this include free condoms to stop the multiplying? sterilization and castration would be much more effective.

Sorry but Mom and Dad should tell us just who the heck they are if they want to help their kids.

re:You need not divulge information regarding your immigration status in seeking this benefit for your children,” Sorry but Mom and Dad should tell us just who the heck they are if they want to help their kids. The previous paragraph refers to "children born in the U.S." Children born in the U.S. are U.S. citizens, regardless of the parents' status. Are you advocating denying assistance to children who are U.S. citizens?

Funny...children born in the US to foreign diplomats are not US citizens but children born to illegal parents in the US are citizens.
It was a dumb law then and it still is today.

So the intelligent responses include one copy and paste and two telling us we should ignore the Constitution. Do you really need to wonder why only three of you ever post? ....so what it's something to do, stop complaining. ;D

It's in the Constitution.[/quote]
Maybe its time to change a few lines in the Constitution such as "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union" to "We the Congress" since no one in there listens to "We the people" anymore.
