Currently speaking it appears as if this forum has died. People look but no one is posting anymore. I guess I will keep looking for a few more days then probably move on myself. How come no one is posting? I used deodorant and mouthwash.

The forum is dead. No one who wants REAL discussion, and already knows about the cast of characters inhabiting this place, will waste their time coming here. And anyone else who does show up will leave pretty quickly once they see what goes on. The only ones who'll stick around are the ones who want to engage in the crap that's been going on since daveyjones started this forum. Got a pm from the supposedly "new moderator". I don't buy it. I think it's probably daveyjones impersonating someone else once again. Doesn't matter - unless the problem children get shut down and permanently blocked the crap will continue. I'm not sure there's anyone willing to take the time to enforce the rules.
Maybe I'll check back sometime in the future and see if anything has changed.

Something seems to have changed. I haven't seen anyone being disruptive for 2 or three days now. The Mod did not appear too many days before that. Ashley claimed she could put a stop to it. ....It could be that trolls are a necessary evil for the health of any forum, take WTVJ "news article comments" for instance. They allow just about anyone to comment (some comments are deleted) but apparently no one is banned.....and it's get pretty wild some time.

....It could be that trolls are a necessary evil for the health of any forum, take WTVJ "news article comments" for instance. They allow just about anyone to comment (some comments are deleted) but apparently no one is banned.....and it's get pretty wild some time. Wild stuff, as opposed to pretty wild. hmmmm. I wonder which is better. One which is wild or one which is pretty wild? |

Since it is the thread with the most responses then perhaps you are right since those types of threads have the most action. |
